This 8-week program will serve as the guide for your schools summer strength and conditioning training. We provide a periodized 8-week strength training program, created from our initial consultation between an Invictus coach, and the school. Our program includes core training, plyometrics, speed/agility, weight training, and conditioning protocols for your athletes to ensure that they are fully prepared for the Fall competitive season. Each school will receive two different 4 week card for schools participating in Face-to-Face learning or digital cards for schools participating in Distance Learning.

Foundations of the Program

•Development of: Posterior Chain, Bilateral/unilateral movement, agility, conditioning
•Ability for each student-athlete to receive custom card with personalized weights
•Progressions, regressions and variations will be altered based up initial consultation, and constant communication with school.
•Mental challenges interspersed throughout the summer to develop competitive mentality prior to fall competition.
The Ultimate Goal will always be the ability to transfer to sport and injury prevention to keep athletes in competition.
