We will host prep courses geared toward helping young coaches who are looking to take the NSCA CSCS certification exam. We will offer tips for the exam, talk about example questions and videos, and how to manage stress and anxiety leading up to the big day.
*Package includes a meeting with CSCS certified Coaches from Invictus and/or other coaches from various realms of performance for two different 60 min session.
