We will administer an initial consult with you directly via telephone/email/virtually to determine where you are at physically. From this consultation we will be able to design a comprehensive, individualized 8-week training program geared toward preparing you to pass the Army Combat Fitness Test.
The ACFT tests include the following:
-3 Rep Max Trap Bar Deadlift
-Standing Power Throw
-Hand Release Push Up
-Sprint/Drag/Carry
-Leg Tuck
-Two Mile Run
